Puma, the premium sneaker brand owned by Tom Ford, is reportedly looking to buy shoes from one of its best white shoe brands, Tom Ford sneakers.
Puma has reportedly reached out to the brand to see if it could source its shoes from the premium brand, but has not yet made a final decision, according to a report in The Wall Street Journal.
The Tom Ford brand is famous for its high-end sneakers and its premium sneakers are considered one of the top-selling brands in the world.
In 2016, the brand sold more than $300 million in sneakers worldwide.
The Puma purchase is expected to boost the brand’s footwear sales, which are already the second-largest in the market behind Nike, which owns the rights to the Adidas Originals and Yeezy silhouettes.
